Was ist eine Keyword Domain? Keyworddomains oder auch “Exact Match Domain” (EMD) genannt, sind Domains, dass das Keyword, auf das die Seite optimiert werden muss, bereits im Domainnamen enthält. Das hat mehrere Vorteile. So kann zum Beispiel leicht auf das Hauptkeyword der Domain – das ja auch im Namen vorkommt – verlinkt werden, ohne das größere Abstrafungen zu befürchten wären. Nächster Vorteil ist, dass Suchmaschinen Keyworddomains besser Ranken lassen als Domains die kein Keyword in der URL enthalten. Nach den Updates der letzten Zeit, insbesondere dem EMD Updates, Speziell für Keyworddomains, hat sich in dieser Hinsicht einiges erschwert.
